X.ecute principle, Weatherly Munroe Copenhaver, CMP, has been in the professional meeting industry for 20 years. After spending eight years strategically designing events and managing training logistics for Spherion Corporation, an international Fortune 500 company, she started X.ecute. Previously, she spent five years in Sales and Marketing with Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Her focus has been designing and implementing events to specifically meet the corporate need, measuring return on investment, and helping companies to manage their training function cheaper, better and faster, by using an outsourced solution. She has focused on growing the bottom line by designing programs to promote sales growth and performance improvement, and cutting training costs by managing the function more efficiently.
Weatherly has a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and is a Certified Meeting Professional and a member of Meeting Professionals International. She has served on the Board of Directors of Florida Atlantic University's Continuing Education Department for the Meeting Management and Special Event Program, and served as an adjunct professor.
